Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to work with our Director and Executive Business Partner, to manage the day to day operations of the company, but also be willing to get out and work with the teams when it is needed.
Ultimately you would be an experienced AQF 3 Arborist, have great customer relations, amazing team management skills and are willing to be accountable for all equipment, vehicles, staff, productivity and KPI’s.
This position is a new role to our company, so not only would you mould the position, you would also work with us to get it all working and aligned.
Salary would be by negotiation and commensurate with experience and skills.

Arborist (AQF 3 or Willingness to undertake)
Hunter River Trees is looking to bring in a new member of staff to work with our current teams and on our current contracts within the great expanse and beauty of the Hunter Valley.
We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our staff are certified AQF 3 Practicing Arborists, or currently undertaking a traineeship in the same.
We area very diverse team and everyone that works here love the work that they do.
We are looking for a ground based arborist that has an MR drivers licence and experience with working with complex customers needs with finesse.
We are Local, Professional and Trusted in our community, and we are looking forward to having this team expansion occur for the start of 2024.

Position Vacant: AQF level 5 arborist for tree risk audits with references preferably an ex climber/or member associate. Will need good communication skills and use word, excel, and other digital platforms associated with assessment of trees. Be able to quote as 4970 2009, As 4373 2007 and As 2303 2018 Australian standards. Willing to go part time or full time three to five days per week. Will have a suitable compensatory award wage with uniform. must be able to work within the Sydney metro area and the central coast.
